How to increase fertility after 35 even when it seems impossible!

Many people wonder if anyone knows how to increase fertility after 35. We always hear how impossible the process is. That's really unfortunate because you can be successful.

It is truly amazing how resilient and complex the human body is. We all have a tendency to underestimate the possibilities sometimes. That's why doctors spend years and years going to medical school.

Now a days it's not uncommon to see women prolonging child birth until their thirties. Some of the things that were unthinkable even 20 or 30 years ago are common place in the medical community. There is always a price to pay with technological advances though.

Long gone are the days when women used a mid-wife to have a child. We now have "birthing rooms" with all the latest gadgets. Are we any better off? Of course!

Mother nature is still in control of the whole process though no matter what anyone says. We can play some tricks on her every now and then but she "rears her ugly head" every now and then.

That's why knowing how to increase fertility after 35 still remains a risky proposition at times. Even with all the latest advances in technology our bodies don't change how they operate sometimes.

Women in the past didn't have the luxury and convenience of family planning. That truly has been a "double edged sword". Our careers often are more of a priority than they should be. Then, it's almost too late to start a family.

There is a social stigma to having children late in life. In a way, that is a shame. Women are more financially secure and able to love and nurture their children more when they are older. Immature teens just don't make good parents ordinarily. Sad too say but true!

We still have this crazy idea that women in their 30's can't conceive children. As a matter of fact, two thirds of them can get pregnant within a year ordinarily!

The bottom line is this: knowing how to increase fertility after 35 takes a little time and effort. There are always going to be road blocks along the way.

If you have checked into the "normal" ways to increase fertility the options are not always the best. A natural approach is really the way nature intended the process to be.

Taking clomid or any other prescription medications always carries the risk of side effects. Many women suffer from insomnia, heavy bleeding before and after periods and dizziness. There is always the chance of multiple births too.

If you truly believe that having a child the natural way is important some life style changes shouldn't be that hard. Smoking is hard on our bodies any time. It's even worse when you are trying to conceive a child.

Make sure you are getting plenty of exercise and eating right. The simple way to look at is that life really does begin at 35. Conception over 40 is even better. In the end, the rewards are certainly worth it as you walk out those hospital doors with that little bundle of joy in your arms!
